Hi

When logged in to Application server control using ias_admin following message appears,
Cookies are Disabled in your browser. In order for all features of Enterprise Manager to work correctly, cookies must be enabled.

I have set the browser setting LOW and allowed to accept cookies always from all sites, still same message appears.

I tried installing application server on Win XP and there did not receive this message.

If any one knows the solution to this problem, please help me.

Thanks

Milind

Cookies are only retrievable by the domain that set them. Do you use eith localhost or 127.0.0.1 as your app server host?

Try viewing your cookies in your browser (IE7: Tools > Internet options > General tab > Settings (temporary internet files) > View files). It could be that you cookie is being set, but can't be retrieved.

Hi Andrew

Thanks for quick reply.
As per your suggestion I checked the cookies files and found that cookie file is not getting cretaed when I use Oracle Application Sever control installed on Windows 2003.
If I invoke Oracle Application Sever control from installed on Windows XP then cookie files gets created.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions to resolve the issue.

Thanks in advance,

Milind
