Dear All,

Could someone here show me what I'm missing?

Are you running OEM and 9iAS as the same user who installed the s/w? That kind of message usually would indicate that your library path is not correct when you start OEM.

Dear Friend,

First of all Make sure that jvm.dll present in ORACLE_HOME\jdk\jre\bin\classic directory.
Set ORACLE_HOME\jdk\jre\bin\classic in the PATH environment variable.

and

For MS Windows NT:
Start-> Settings-> Control Panel-> Services

Restart the Reports Server as the new user.
