Im using Oracle HTMLDB 1.6. and using oracle reports in PDF
format in HTMLDB(starting oc4j of reports before opening report).Whenever server machine shut down abnormally
the problem arise that Oc4j become currupted ang gives this error in User interface when they try to open report,

"BIND TO REPORTS SERVER SYSTEM-NAME(ABC) FAILED"
ORG.OMG CORBA.COMM_FAILED MINORCODE=0 COMPLETED=0

I CANT FIGURE OUT WHAT PROBLEM IS THIS .
I MUST REINSTALL DEVELOPER WHENEVER THIS HAPPEND
AND NORMALLY I DO THIS THIS 2-3 TIMES IN ONE WEEK.
PLEASE HELP ME IF ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.
is there any way to overcome this without installation
